Cosmic Registry provides symbolic, novelty dedications of named plots of celestial land for entertainment, gifting, and keepsake purposes only.

Under the Outer Space Treaty of 1967, to which the majority of spacefaring nations are signatories, no individual, company, or private entity can legally claim sovereign ownership of the Moon, Mars, or any other celestial body. A Cosmic Registry certificate does not convey legal title, mineral rights, or any enforceable property interest of any kind.

By purchasing a registry entry, you acknowledge that your certificate and coordinates are symbolic and personal in nature, intended as a unique gift and keepsake rather than a legal deed.

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unclaimed or undelivered certificates. Contact our support team for assistance.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of Cosmic Registry after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
